Sojourn Vintage solely operates online and through our Instagram Shop @sojournvintage. We are located at zip code 90740 for all item pick-ups or in-person furniture viewings. 

Pick-up, Local delivery, and long-distance delivery are available for a fee. Customers pay all shipping/delivery costs. The items are located in our stores storage unit at 90638 and will be available for pick up on or after 1/19/2023 as we are currently on a furniture sourcing trip. You can purchase the item in advance to secure it and then contact us to coordinate pick up or delivery.

Purchases:

During Checkout, Customers are responsible for providing their preferred method of obtaining the item by selecting one of the following - PICK-UP, LOCAL DELIVERY, UPS SHIPPING, or LONG DISTANCE DELIVERY.

Please review the specific instructions relevant to your pickup/delivery method below. 

 

Holds:

We do not hold items. All items are still available to other customers until the item is purchased. Items are officially sold once we receive the payment.  

We do not hold items while customers are pursuing Shipping, Local Delivery, or Long Distance Delivery quotes. Customers are welcome to purchase and secure their items before coordinating shipping/delivery to guarantee the items are no longer available to other customers. Returns:

Sojourn Vintage does not offer returns, refunds, holds, or exchanges. All sales are FINAL and all merchandise is sold AS IS.

Please measure your space and ask as many questions as needed before completing your purchase. We are always happy to send additional photos, detailed videos, or other information before you complete your purchase. We pride ourselves in sourcing a variety of exceptional vintage products. Vintage pieces may show signs of wear that are consistent with age and use. The condition of each individual item may vary accordingly and are sold as-is. 

 

Local Pick Up:

All items for pick-up are located at zip code 90638. 

The items are located in our stores storage unit at 90638 and will be available for pick up on or after 1/19/2023 as we are currently on a furniture sourcing trip. Sold items must be picked up within seven business days after we return on 1/19/223. If additional time is needed for pick-up once your item is purchased, email hello@sojournvintage.com to request an extended pick-up arrangement. Approved arrangements can be made to store items for a longer period of time for an additional storage fee.

Once your purchase is confirmed, we will email you within three business days to coordinate a pick-up date and time. Blankets and packing materials are suggested for pick-ups for furniture or large fragile items. Please bring help as needed - we DO NOT provide assistance with wrapping, loading, or unloading of items!

Items not picked up after 30 days are considered abandoned property and will be made available for sale at Sojourn Vintage. 

 

Shipping with UPS: 

UPS Shipping is available for small items, stools, and decor. Customers pay shipping and handling costs. At checkout, please provide your shipping address and any additional instructions for your shipment. We will contact you within three business days to coordinate UPS shipping. We can provide you with a shipping quote upon request and once your item(s) are shipped we will email you the total shipping costs and payment instructions. Refer to the Holds policy above to learn more about holding items while you pursue shipping quotes.

 

Local Delivery:

We do not currently offer delivery, but we are happy to recommend third-party delivery companies that are affordable and reliable. These delivery companies will deliver within a 100-mile radius of our location at 90740.

At Checkout, please include your delivery address and any additional delivery information. We will contact you within three business days to coordinate Local Delivery. We will connect you directly with our recommended third-party delivery service who will provide you a shipping quote and coordinate your delivery. Alternatively, Customers can proactively book their own delivery service. Refer to our Holds policy above to learn more about holding items while you pursue delivery quotes.

Please note: Delivery companies are not affiliated with Sojourn Vintage. Any delivery issues, loss, or damage should be taken up with the delivery company directly. Payment for delivery should be made to the company directly.

 

Long Distance Delivery & Oversized Item Shipping

We do not currently offer long-distance delivery (over 100 miles from our location at 90740) for oversized items, but we are happy to recommend third-party delivery companies that you can work with directly to provide a quote. These companies offer affordable and reliable freight shipping and cross-country delivery that our customers have used in the past.

Ship items at your own risk. We are not responsible for any delays, missing packages, or damage that incurs during transit. Any issues should be taken up with the delivery company directly. If your items are insured with a shipping carrier, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim should an item go missing or become damaged during shipment. 

 

Overseas Shipping:

We do not ship oversized furniture overseas. Do not purchase heavy or oversized items if you are overseas unless you have a carrier arranged for transport and delivery.

 

Image Rights and Usage:

All images are produced and photographed in-house at Sojourn Vintage. Sojourn Vintage is the sole and exclusive owner of all rights to Sojourn Vintage photography and imagery, whether still or moving. 

Sojourn Vintage (SV) does not authorize permission for ANY external use of SV images for any reasons. Unauthorized use of SV images includes but is not limited to marketing or promotional usage, publishing, selling, or personal use.

SV images may NEVER be used for the purpose of resale after you have purchased our items or for the purpose of selling any items of a similar nature.

If you would like to use SV images for any purposes you must send a request to hello@sojournvintage.com for approval. We will review your request and if we approve we will contact you to provide written approval for the usage of SV images and share instructions for next steps.
